I've had so many burnouts that I can't even count them.
And in sports, and in streams, and in general in whatever it was that I began to study.
I acted in different ways: I forced myself to continue, looked for motivation, beat my chest, got angry, gave up, fell into apathy. But I always started doing what was needed again and it always worked out. For myself, I decided that I should act only through measuredness.
